Amazon.co.uk site. Based on the assumption that more of our visitors
will be U.S.-based than U. K.-based, we have arranged to send
you to Amazon.com for all books that are available there. We will
send you to Amazon.co.uk only for the books that are published
in Britain, but aren't available in the U.S. Shipping costs and
shipping times are slightly greater from the U. K. to the U.S.
as compared to intra-U.S.A. orders, but they are still very reasonable.
If you want some books from the U.S. and some from the U. K.,
so will need to place two different orders. It sounds more complicated
than it is—in fact, it's very easy to order books here. Just
click on the links and follow Amazon's instructions.
